Planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring and controlling construction projects. We assist in ensuring that our project runs within scope, budget and schedule in accordance to our clients’ requirements and to their satisfaction. 

Here at A Y Consultants, we have had more than a decade’s experience in performing the role as Lead Consultants in large scale construction projects; coordinating the communication and workflow between client, design consultants, builders, approving agencies and other key stakeholders. 

In addition, we are able to manage any other construction related projects of smaller scale. Our principals have a wealth of experience and knowledge to act as the Project Managers.
