- Consolidating client’s requirements, M&E requirements, available soil reports and existing BCA approved plans
- Carrying out detailed study on the architectural plans, sections and elevations to produce the optimum structural scheme for the project
- Performing detailed structural design analysis based on Eurocodes
- Carrying out detailed structural drafting based on BIM and/or AutoCAD
- Submitting structural plans to Accredited Checker for checking and complying with their comments for submission of BCA structural plans
- Preparing and producing tender drawings
- Coordinating all architectural, structural and M&E matters between consultants and contractors during construction stage
- Attending site/technical meetings, solving technical queries and approving shop drawings during construction stage
- Preparing As-Built structural plans for BCA submission
