Commissioned by CLP International Pte Ltd, A Y Consultants was involved in the architectural design, structural design, project management and compliance submission for this project.

The development involved the new erection of a 3-Storey Warehouse. The design was straight forward and a regular rectangle layout with uniform column spacing (which was the most cost effective structural solution) was adapted in the architectural layout.

The challenge for this project was that the ongoing construction was within the client’s compound. Therefore safety and housekeeping was of utmost importance and careful planning and monitoring were required to make sure that the construction progress was on track while not impeding CLP’s own business operations.
